What are you going to do?
There is a constant coming and going of goods in the warehouse. This requires tight planning and management. As a cooperating foreman, you contribute to this with a driven and enthusiastic team that supports you.
Your leadership qualities ensure that the warehouse is a well-oiled machine. You are responsible for the incoming and outgoing goods and the daily management of the people in the warehouse. You also ensure that the administration surrounding orders is completed correctly and that all rules regarding hygiene and safety are complied with. It is important to take into account that as a cooperating foreman you actually contribute yourself and that you are therefore present on the floor. Requirements
- You have an MBO level 4 - HBO working and thinking level;
- You have insight into operational procedures and processes;
- Experience in loading and unloading trucks with an EPT and/or forklift;
- Experience driving a reach truck;
- You have knowledge of Word, Excel and WMS;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written;
- You can communicate well and have problem-solving skills;
- You are results and performance-oriented;
- You are available full-time;
- You have good analytical thinking and have experience in managing teams;
- You report to the operational manager.
