Order picker in Bleiswijk
What are you going to do?
We are immediately looking for employees for the order picking department for our client in Bleiswijk. As an order picker you are responsible for collecting and preparing orders for our customers. It is therefore very important that you work meticulously.
- You collect orders using a handheld scanner;
- You check the products for quality and quantity;
- You package the orders and ensure that they are ready for shipment;
- You help load and unload trucks.

The company provides products and services that are essential for the production, transport and distribution of energy and water. It is a global wholesaler of pipes, valves and fittings (PVF) and other infrastructure products and services. The company supplies these products and services to various end markets, including the gas and water pipes, downstream, industrial and energy transition, upstream manufacturing and midstream pipeline sectors. They have a distribution center in Bleiswijk where the work will also take place. The company is easily accessible by public transport and by car from The Hague, Zoetermeer, Rotterdam, Waddinxveen and Gouda.
Requirements
- You are in good physical condition;
- You are accurate and have an eye for detail;
- You are flexible and can work in a changing environment;
- You master the Dutch and/or English language;
What we offer
For this full-time position you will work from Monday to Friday. The working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. You will receive a salary that matches your education, experience and company policy. The salary range for the position is €12.00 - €14.00 per hour. This salary will be paid every 4 weeks. Your first contract is a temporary employment contract, but there is certainly the prospect of permanent employment. You will receive a travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.
