For a fast-growing company in Hazerswoude-Dorp we are looking for an experienced Assistant Foreman who gets a lot of energy from guiding and coaching inexperienced talents. The company attaches great importance to the advancement of warehouse employees to managerial positions. To make this step as smooth as possible, they would like to strengthen themselves with an experienced Shift Leader who can help the talents with the next step in their development.

Requirements
For this position, you have already worked in logistics for several years in a managerial position, for example as a Working Foreman, Team Leader, Logistics Coordinator and/or Shift Leader. You get a lot of energy from actively participating on the floor, while at the same time managing and motivating the team. In addition, you are firmly on your feet and you are the right person to guide leadership talents in their development. You do this by sharing experiences, giving tips and actively coaching.
What we offer
We offer you a temporary full-time position for a certain period of time. This is for at least two months, but it is expected that the assignment will continue for longer. You will work in a 2-shift schedule. The schedule consists of two shifts: the first shift starts at 6:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM, while the second shift runs from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The schedule changes every week. In return, you will receive a salary between €2,800 and €3,000 per month, depending on your experience. There is also a surcharge for some hours.
The company is conveniently located and easily accessible for people living in various cities or towns in the region. If you live in Hazerswoude-Dorp, Rotterdam, Boskoop, Alphen aan den Rijn, Leiden, The Hague, Waddinxveen, Gouda, Zoetermeer or The Hague, the company is easy to reach from your place of residence. For those who rely on public transport, the company also offers good accessibility. Although it can be reached by public transport from the mentioned cities, it may be cheaper if you live closer to the company. This is because shorter travel times on public transport offer more flexibility and convenience, especially considering working a 2-shift schedule.
