What are you going to do?
We are looking for production employees for an innovative player in the Coating industry. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that all products are prepared correctly for various customers at home and abroad. These include products such as bookends, walls, fences, dividers, etc. After the products have been treated in the machine, they are dried and powdered. The company strives for high quality and once everything has been checked, you pack the products and ensure that they are prepared for shipping.
About the employer
The company is active both at home and abroad and is involved in large projects. In addition to the factory, they have a large outdoor area where the end products can be stored. In the coming months they will focus on improving the working environment, so that everyone enjoys their work even more. This includes renovating the canteen, tailor-made company clothing and training opportunities.
Requirements
As a production employee you are quality-oriented and you can work well together. Every day is different and you can be deployed for different activities. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the end products are delivered correctly. In addition, you are flexible and you are willing to work a 3-shift schedule from Sunday evening 10:00 PM to Friday evening 10:00 PM.
What we offer
As a powder coater you will work in a 3-shift system from Sunday to Friday. In return, an hourly wage is based on your experience and is approximately €15 to €16 per hour excluding surcharges. You start on the basis of a temporary employment contract with the prospect of a permanent appointment for an indefinite period.
It is difficult to get to work by public transport, so it is important that you live within cycling distance or have your own car. The company is open to using company transport to pick you up from the station. If you live in the area of Utrecht, Amersfoort, Zeist, Woerden or Harmelen, the company is easily accessible.
