What are you going to do?
As Control Tower, we have the responsibility to ensure that the processes that customers have entrusted to us, both managed internally and carried out by third parties, run efficiently. Key processes include the management of master data, forecasts, pre-alerts, purchase orders, sales orders, distribution, returns, after-sales and invoicing.
In this role you are busy on a daily basis with:
- Monitoring the processes and intervening if necessary;
- Solving unexpected problems;
- Answering customer questions;
- Participate in meetings and projects aimed at improving processes and initiated by customers;
- Continuously analyzing existing processes and initiating internal and external improvement processes, where the Total Cost of Ownership is an important point of attention.
Other companies use different terms to describe a similar position, such as Supply Chain Employee, Process Engineer, Process Specialist, Supply Chain Officer or Freight Forwarder.

Requirements
You have 3 to 5 years of work experience as an MBO graduate with knowledge of supply chains, or you are an HBO graduate looking for your first job. You have extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with, analyzing and advising on data, trends and improvements within supply chains. With your strong analytical skills you can translate analyzes to different levels and provide advice on improvement processes.
You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing, and you are proficient in various Microsoft programs, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. In addition, you are willing to work occasionally in the evenings or on weekends, if necessary.
What we offer
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with the salary based on experience and varying between €2,400 and €2,800. You will work standard day shifts from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
You will receive a temporary contract through an employment agency, with the prospect of permanent employment. There are opportunities to grow within the company, for example to the position of operational manager. The company also offers travel allowance and a pension scheme.
