What are you going to do?
- Complete handling of expedition files;
- Timely and correct booking of transport with subcontractors;
- Process data in our own developed software system;
- Check whether all documents have been drawn up and processed correctly;
- Auditing of financial documents;
- Administrative handling of shipments;
- Early identification of possible problems and proactive measures;
- Resolving any disputes that may arise during the execution of the assignment, independently or in consultation with the team leader;
- Contact with customers, carriers and airlines.
- Archive documents
- Using different communication channels

Requirements
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
- At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience as an Export Forwarder;
- Be willing to occasionally work AOG standby shifts;
- In possession of an Air Freight Employee certificate or willing to obtain one;
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations regarding Dangerous Goods is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Can work well independently, but you are also a team player;
- Has good communication skills and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
- Customer and service-oriented attitude;
- Accurate and solution-oriented;
- No 9 to 5 mentality.

What we offer
- A six-month contract through us and then takeover by the client;
- Salary from €2,300 to €2,800 gross per month;
- Working days from Monday to Friday where you can start between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
