What are you going to do?
The role of the Process Lead is to provide daily operational support in the warehouse. This individual reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and shares responsibility for ensuring that all tasks in the warehouse are performed according to client guidelines and procedures. The Process Lead is responsible for the efficient deployment of staff in relation to the workload and supervises the relevant group of employees at work during the day.
The Process Lead also monitors the productivity and quality of work within the relevant group of employees. In addition, he or she acts as the first point of contact for questions and problems from the warehouse employees in that group. The Process Lead has in-depth knowledge of the specific work area and is able to solve recurring problems. In addition, he or she proposes improvements to current work processes to increase efficiency.
In general, the Process Lead is expected to achieve the daily objectives of the group he or she is currently working with. This role can cover different areas of the warehouse and provides crucial support for day-to-day operations.
- Daily operational support
- Prioritize workload, including staffing and follow-up throughout the day
- Monitoring individual/team productivity and quality within the relevant process group
- First point of contact for all Warehouse Employees within the relevant process group
- Train employees and share knowledge about the relevant process group
- Resolve recurring problems
- Suggest improvements to current work processes that lead to more efficient operations
- Run reports
- Quality controls related to the processes
- Review and realign current organization
- Report and assist in resolving any type of discrepancy
- Monitor workload for the relevant process group
- Provide a clean and safe working environment
- Maintaining contact with internal and external customers
- Employees need signal training

Requirements
- MBO level diploma
- Experience working in a warehouse/production environment
- Ability to train/share knowledge
- Organized, accurate, proactive and consistent
- Able to set priorities
- Stress-resistant
- Helicopter view
- Good knowledge of using a PC including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Full-time position (40 hours)
- Willing to work continuously in shifts (between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM)
