What are you going to do?
As a cooperating foreman you are responsible for a small team of production employees. The team consists of approximately 10-15 employees. Your duties consist of solving malfunctions, administrative tasks, participating in production work and of course managing other production employees.
About the employer
Our customer is located at De Brouwerij Zoeterwoude. This is a technically very high-quality brewery. Total beer production is approximately 10 million hectoliters, of which more than 65% is intended for export. The Zoeterwoude Brewery therefore produces 40% of the entire volume of beer produced by this brand. The department where you will work is in Inbound. All empty crates with beer bottles end up here so that they can then be prepared for the new load.
Since you will be working in shifts, it is useful if you have your own transport. For example, if you come from The Hague, Zoetermeer, Leiden or Alphen aan den Rijn, then Zoeterwoude is certainly easily accessible for you.
Requirements
Because you are also involved in cooperating, we expect you to be able to lift heavy weights, because you will have to deal with a lot of processing kegs. You will also have to check for damaged products and remain alert. For this full-time position it is important that you have a good command of the Dutch language. It is also useful if you have the following points:
- Affinity with operating machines.
- Experience with a forklift is an advantage
- Be able to perform administrative tasks.
- Be prepared to work in 3 shifts, for which you will receive a shift allowance of 19%.
- Can be flexible.
- Be willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Is a real team player.
