What are you going to do?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader for a large logistics transport company in Bleiswijk. In this position you manage a group of forty warehouse employees in different shifts. In the modern warehouse, flowers and plants are prepared for transport at home and abroad. There are two Shift Leaders present per shift to provide guidance. While one of the two team leaders mainly provides leadership on the floor, the other team leader is responsible for the W&S system, so that the logistics process can continue throughout the entire shift. As a team leader, you and your colleague agree on how you divide the work.
About the employer
The company has a modern building that was completed in 2019. The warehouse is full of different flowers and plants for deliveries at home and abroad. To ensure the quality of the products, there are different temperature zones that vary between room temperature and 4˚C. As a Team Leader, you maintain an overview and ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly. Together with your fellow Shift Leaders, you are the point of contact for the people on the floor and you ensure that the warehouse system remains operational at all times.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with some experience in logistics. You can deal well with different cultures and have a good command of the English language. You are flexible and available for 3 shifts from Monday to Sunday. You are also eager to learn and would like to take the next step in your logistics career.

What we offer
As a Logistics Coordinator you will work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday. The salary is based on your salary and is between €2,450 and €3,050 per month. This amount does not include surcharges that are added due to the 3-shift operation.
You will work in a full-time employment contract based on a temporary employment contract with the prospect of a permanent appointment for an indefinite period.
