Truck driver with CE driving license in Alphen aan den Rijn
What are you going to do?
As a truck driver you deliver products and goods to various customers. You will have your own transport and use it to drive set routes in the interior. If you like it, there is also the option to take trips abroad. It is important that you hit the road in a safe and responsible manner. You are of course the face of the company on the road. In addition to transporting the products, you have a few other tasks. This involves checking the goods for accuracy and completeness. There is also some loading and unloading involved.
About the employer
Our client started in 2018 with a small hall of about 500 square meters. The main location in Alphen aan den Rijn has now been expanded to 12,000 square meters. They provide logistics service distribution mainly throughout the Benelux and Germany. Furthermore, a lot is done for the transport of sea containers from Rotterdam to the warehouse. Since the starting location for you is always in Alphen aan den Rijn, it is useful if you are from the area. For example, you can think of Zoetermeer, Leiden or Gouda.
Requirements
- You are expected to be in possession of a CE driving license, code 95 and a driver's pass;
- You also have a good command of the Dutch language;
- You work neatly, effectively and efficiently;
- You are expected to be available at least 32 hours per week;
- You can handle pressure and hectic circumstances well.
What we offer
- For this full-time/part-time position, the salary is determined by the Collective Labor Agreement for Professional Goods Transport and is therefore between €14 and €18;
