Field Service Technician (Utrecht Region & Amsterdam Region)
What are you going to do?
For our customer in Bleiswijk we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated window decoration service technician to strengthen their team. As a window decoration service technician, you are responsible for installing and repairing different types of window decorations for their customers. You will also provide customers with advice. You work for both private and business customers and are the company's calling card.
Job description:
- Installing and repairing various types of window decoration, including curtains, blinds, roller blinds, pleated blinds and Roman blinds
- Assessing the situation and taking the appropriate measures to properly install or repair the window decoration
- Advising customers on the right window decoration for their specific needs
- Communicating with customers about the schedule and progress of the work
- Ensure a neat and professional finish of the installation or repair

The company is located in Bleiswijk and is certainly easily accessible by public transport. There is a tram station next to the company. Requirements
You are responsible for measuring and/or assembling our products, and you are also partly responsible for the service handling. It is possible to work in two regions, namely the Utrecht region or the Amsterdam region,
Providing high service to our customers is of paramount importance to our customers. They expect this from their new employee.
- A completed technical education at MBO level and/or relevant work experience
- Technical insight and skill in the use of tools and materials
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Customer and service oriented
- Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written
- In possession of driving license B
What we offer
This full-time position will involve working day shifts from Monday to Friday. This is offset by a gross monthly salary of between €2900 - €3400 based on experience and age. A work van and tools will also be available for you. This way you can easily reach customers. You will start with a temporary employment contract, but if everything goes well you will of course have the prospect of permanent employment. When you travel by car, you will receive a travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.
