What are you going to do?
An order picker (distributor) at our client is the jack-of-all-trades of the company. In the morning you ensure that all orders are picked in the cold room and put on our 4.5 km long legendary track. With music in the background, you pick the most diverse flowers and provide them with a customer-specific label. In the afternoon, when the picking process is finished, the stock must be counted and you will work with other colleagues in another department!
As a multitasker, you can do the following in our cold room with music in the background:
- You pick orders and place them on our internal conveyor belt system;
- You monitor stock reliability (counting);
- You support other departments to complete orders on time;
- maintain physical condition of warehouses.

Requirements
- Are accurate (pick correct numbers and flowers);
- are eager to learn;
- Are flexible in working hours (sometimes early, sometimes late);
- speaks Dutch (or English);

What we offer
You can work with us as a part-time or full-time worker, where you will be fully trained to become a fully-fledged flower order picker (distributor). We also offer:
- A full-time contract on a temporary basis with the chance of being taken over by the client
- Extra rewards if we turn positively
- Vacation days (25 on a full-time basis) + money to spend there (8%)
- An extra day off once every 2 to 3 weeks
- Flexibility in working hours and working days: sometimes you start early and finish early (3 p.m.) and sometimes you can sleep in
