What are you going to do?
The order picking department consists of three rooms with different temperatures. Two of those rooms are cooled to protect the products. As an order picker you will work in all three areas, because the orders that need to be collected are spread out. To work in cold areas, you are given clothing that keeps you warm. If you have worked as a warehouse employee or logistics employee in the past, then this is definitely something for you!
About the employer
Our client is an American multinational that specializes in biotechnology. The distribution center is located in Bleiswijk. So if you live in Rotterdam or Leiden, it is easier to go by car. The company is easily accessible by public transport from The Hague and Zoetermeer.
Requirements
- You are someone who does not like to sit still and who knows how to tackle things;
- You are accurate in your work and can handle scanners well;
- You are physically fine;
- You don't mind working in the cold.
What we offer
- Full-time position from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
- The salary is €12.50 per hour. This will change to €13.27 to €13.50 in January;
- Easily accessible by public transport and car;
- €0.21 travel allowance per kilometer;
- A temporary employment contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
