What are you going to do?
As an Intermediary at Apics Flexjobs you work together in a small, dynamic team. You are the key to success for our temporary workers and customers. You provide personal contact, visit customers, and respond quickly to questions and changes.
Together with our team, you manage customer requests and ensure that our temporary workers are satisfied, work in the right place and continue to grow. Recruiting talent, conducting job interviews, drawing up vacancies/profiles, and administrative tasks are part of your varied tasks. The safety and well-being of our temporary workers are our top priority.
You have freedom in your work, as long as your tasks are completed on time and all parties are satisfied. We create an inclusive atmosphere with weekly drinks, sports facilities in the office and fun outings. We value assertiveness and teamwork for continuous improvement.
About the employer
Apics Flexjobs is the partner for great jobs at top logistics companies in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam region. Personal contact is central to our team of 12 colleagues, where everyone has their own specialty. The office in Alphen aan den Rijn is easily accessible by car from Haarlemmermeer, Zoetermeer, Leiden, Amstelveen and Leidschendam-Voorburg.
Requirements
- College education.
- Dutch and English language skills.
- Strong in social communication.
- Accurate and reliable.
- Commercial insight.
- Logistics experience is an advantage.
