What are you going to do?
As an intermediary you are responsible for finding the right candidates for our clients in logistics. You have a lot of contact with candidates and customers, both by telephone and in person. You are creative in finding suitable matches between candidates and clients and you maintain the workforce by, for example, drawing up new contracts.

Requirements
- You have completed a HBO education, preferably in the field of HR, labor market communication or HRM.
- You have experience in employment mediation, for example as an intermediary, recruiter or consultant.
- You have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- You are flexible and can work well together.
