Quality Control Employee in Bleiswijk
What are you going to do?
As a quality employee, you conduct daily inspection rounds to check whether all meat products meet the correct quality and specifications. You report this to the QC manager and, together with the other QC employees, ensure that all employees on the work floor adhere to the work instructions and procedures, such as FSSC22000, Beter Leven quality mark and IFS PIA. As a quality employee, you also work on various projects to improve the food safety culture.
About the employer
Our client has a large distribution center, including a butcher's shop, at the Prisma park in Bleiswijk. This makes it easy to reach by car via Rotterdam, The Hague, Zoetermeer, Leiden and Westland. Fresh products are shipped here every day to sales locations in the Randstad.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the quality of food products, preferably meat;
- Knowledge of food safety, such as FSSC22000 and HACCP;
- Working in alternating shifts, usually between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, also sometimes on Saturdays and Sundays;
- Command of the Dutch and English language.
What we offer
- Salary between €2500 and €3500 per month based on experience;
- Full-time job for 37 hours a week while being paid for 40 hours;
- Immediately on a temporary contract with the client with the prospect of permanent employment.
