What are you going to do?
As an (assistant) butchery team leader, you are often present on the work floor. This gives you a good overview of the progress of the process and you can provide instructions to the employees together with your assistant butchery team leaders. You also make personnel planning and do time registration. This position is open as a butchery team leader, but the client is also open to an assistant butchery team leader.
About the employer
The company is located at the Prisma park in Bleiswijk and is therefore easily accessible by car via Rotterdam, The Hague, Zoetermeer, Leiden and Westland. This is a large distribution center with a butcher's shop where fresh products are packaged and transported daily to sales locations in the Randstad.
Requirements
- You have at least 1 year of managerial experience in a production environment;
- Knowledge of food safety, preferably through an SVO diploma and HACCP certificate;
- Working in alternating shifts, usually between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, also sometimes on Saturdays and Sundays;
- Command of the Dutch and English language.
What we offer
- Salary between €2500 and €3500 per month based on experience;
- Full-time job for 37 hours a week while being paid for 40 hours;
- Immediately on a temporary contract with the client with the prospect of permanent employment.
