What are you going to do?
As an all-round operator, you are the key to the optimal functioning of our high-tech automated packaging machines (Multivac). You not only manage the employees involved, but you also rotate in a compact team, taking on various tasks. You have a keen eye for process improvement and efficiency, and you are responsible for adjusting, checking, converting and continuously adjusting the machines. You take into account the strict standards of our products and intervene in the event of emerging problems. In collaboration with the Technical Service, you look for the right solutions and you are responsible for the optimal maintenance of your machine. In addition, you play a crucial role in developing working procedures for new products and contribute to optimizing staffing. In a growing organization you make an important contribution to the production and packaging of new products using our modern and innovative machinery. As an operator you will also be trained according to the TWI training standards, so you are excellently prepared for your tasks.

Requirements
- Completed technical training at least MBO level 2.
- Experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry.
- Sense of responsibility and coaching skills.
- Team player with precise and structured working attitude.
- Flexibility for two-shift work and Saturday work.
- Knowledge of HACCP, safety and hygiene.

- Basic salary between € 2,300 and € 3,750 gross per month based on full-time.
