What are you going to do?

As a Document Controller you are part of a project team led by the Lead Document Controller. Your daily duties include maintaining and evaluating document registers and files, monitoring both internal and external documents, ensuring document quality and compliance, distributing documents, handling correspondence, managing the flow of documents for a package or small project, and acting as a point of contact for the project team regarding document control.

The experienced team of experts has extensive experience in various sectors, including dredging and land reclamation, offshore energy and coastal defense. For this project, the work is located at the office in Gorkum, which is easily accessible by car from Dordrecht, Nieuwegein, Oosterhout and Waalwijk.

Requirements

  • You live near Gorinchem or Rotterdam
  • At least one year of experience as a Document Controller on large projects.
  • Extensive experience working with SharePoint.
  • Good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
  • Flexible and willing to work a few days a week at the office in Gorinchem and Rotterdam.

What we offer

  • Salary ranging from €3,000 to €4,500 per month, depending on experience.
  • One-year secondment contract, with the prospect of takeover by the client.
  • Travel allowance of €0.31 per kilometer for commuting, with flexibility to drive before or after traffic jams.
  • Home work allowance of €2.00 per day and possibility to work from home 2 days a week based on a 40-hour working week.
  • Choice of full-time or part-time work, depending on your preference.
  • The company laptop is made available.
